Note that our dresses are on rental basis, so multiple brides may be using the same dress for their weddings. Though our brides are usually careful and takes good care of our dresses, dress can still have some minor wear and tear issues. This is to be expected in all rentals. If circumstances arises and that your dress previously soft booked is not in the condition that you’re happy with, you will be given a chance to choose another dress in replacement.

The dress rental period is set for 5 days. In this case, you get to collect the dress two to three days prior to your wedding. Your dress must be returned two days after your wedding at the maximum so we could get the dress ready for the next bride.

If you are planning for an overseas wedding, it is essential that you inform our team on the possibility for the entire time period. This period refers to 1 week before your fly off date to cater for alterations; your entire stay overseas, plus 5 days after your return to cater for cleaning. For any overseas rental, a maximum of two weeks is allowed. However, if your dress is stained, you’d bear the courier charges for the dress to be returned as soon as the dress is used to avoid having to pay for damages due to prolonged stains.

Alterations

Rental. Off the rack rental refers to renting of the wedding dress that is available in store. Often, only 1 size is ordered in per style, and we’d judge the alterability based on your booking (first) appointment with us. While our team is excellent at working magic on dress fit, note that some dresses can not be altered to fit you if it is outside of alteration limits. For rental dresses, the allowance on the dress would not be cut off to cater for fitting of subsequent brides. All measurements appointments will be carried out on Tuesday or Wednesdays 12pm - 7pm, where our fit specialist is around only.

Purchase. For ordered to purchase dresses, a closest size based on your measurements will be taken. Since each designer is different, the sizing scale can be different as well. We will recommend you the sizing that works best based on the designer size chart. For off the rack purchase, you are purchasing the dress sample. Do note that all the wedding dresses are all made by hand, so each dress can look slightly different. By purchasing dress, you are agreeing to the designer’s terms, such as slight color difference due to different coloring batch; slight beadwork/lace misallignment. Please keep in mind that ALL dresses will need alterations to fit you like a glove, regardless of whether a not it is a custom / brand new order.
